Cross Country to Decatur for “Dew It” On the Trails…

This weekend (Saturday, October 11, 2014) Spain Park Cross Country will be competing in the “Dew It” on the Trails Invitational at Point Mallard Park in Decatur, Alabama.  Race times included below: TIMES: 9:00 am – Jv GIRLS (2 MILES) 7-9 9:30 am – Jv BOYS (2 MILES) 7-9 10:00am -VGIRL 5K 5A-7A 10:30am-VBOYS 5K

The AHSAA has approved Bowling as an emerging sport for the 2014-2015 season.  It will become a sanctioned sport in the 2015-2016 season. What Channel for the Hoover v. Spain Park Game?

The City Showdown between the Hoover Buccaneers and the Spain Park Jaguars will be televised by Raycom Media on the BOUNCE channel.  For Brighthouse Network, that is channel 651; for Charter carriers, channel 81 or 151.   The game is not carried on U-verse, Dish, or Direct TV. Kick off is set for 7pm.

Spain Park Host Dig in the Park October 3-4th

Spain Park will host the annual Dig in the Park volleyball tournament on October 3-4th. The 16 team tournament includes: Spain Park, Hoover, Oak Mountain, Hewitt, Homewood, Chelsea, Walker, John Carroll, Calera, Curry, Briarwood, Mountain Brook, Sparkman, Pelham, McAdory, and Helena. Cost: $10 tournament pass $6 single day pass Kids 10 and under FREE
