Swim & Dive Teams Ready for Sectionals

Bowling Team Wins Historical First Match

The varsity boys bowling team defeated Indian Springs yesterday in its first ever bowling match.  Bowling is considered an “emerging” sport by the AHSAA, which means it will not have a championship venue this year, but will beginning next year.   Jalen Johnson was the high scorer for the Jaguars posting a 265. Spain Park 86, Minor 69: Wiley and Johnson lead Jaguars to victory

Jamal Johnson pitched in with 25 points, six assists and four steals for the Jags (4-0). Kyian Coleman led Minor with 18 points while Jaquez Johnson and Angelo Hackman each scored 10.

Spain Park 72, North Forsyth (Ga.) 50: Wiley leads Jaguars with 12 points, 16 rebounds

Malik Blanchard added 11 points and four steals for the host Jaguars (3-0). Dekota Holtzclaw and Nick Cunningham both had 15 points for North Forsyth (0-1).

Cheerleaders Qualify for Nationals!

The Spain Park Cheerleaders competed at the North Alabama Regional Cheer Competition on Saturday, November 8th and finish 2nd in the Super Varsity Division.  This second place finish qualified the team for the National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, FL in February.
